I am an International Speaker, and Global Business Owner as a Coach and Spiritual Teacher, who is defined as being authentic, energized, and as holding a high vibration within all aspects of life. I created Aligned With Life because inspiring those around me to step into alignment, celebrate life and live their highest potential is my purpose!
My gift is recognizing and breaking the patterns that reside between where you are and becoming who you want to be. I use a unique fusion of soul-led coaching techniques, my innate intuitive ability, energetic realignment, and mindset reprogramming to fast-track results. I assist all individuals who work with me to awaken their potential and align them with a future that encompasses their greatest expansion.
Having spent most of my own life undertaking a journey of personal development and self-discovery I am proof that you can create your own reality and expand your quality of life by investing in yourself and focusing on positive growth. I healed deep parental trauma, negative self-talk, and a substantial amount of fear-based beliefs and reclaimed my power. I recalibrated and discovered my true self, and in so doing am creating an uplevelled, purpose-led, abundant life filled with love, adventure, and soul-enriching experiences.
